Scrible, Inc. (“Scrible,” “we,” “us,” “our”) uses a limited number of trusted third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) to help operate, support, and improve our Services. This page identifies the categories of Subprocessors we engage, the specific Subprocessors within each category, the purpose of each engagement, and the categories of data each Subprocessor may process on our behalf.
This page should be read together with our Privacy Policy (see Section 1.2, Subprocessors) and, where applicable, any data privacy agreement, data sharing and use agreement, or other agreement between Scrible and a school, district, or organization (an “Other Agreement”).
Our Commitments
- We engage Subprocessors only to the extent necessary to deliver, secure, and improve the Services.
- We share personal information, including student and children’s data, only to the minimum extent necessary for the stated purpose.
- We do not authorize any Subprocessor to use student or children’s data for the Subprocessor’s own purposes, including advertising or marketing.
- We contract with each Subprocessor under terms that require it to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and security of the data and to handle that data consistent with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Other Agreement.
- We assess our Subprocessors’ privacy and security practices before engagement and on at least an annual basis thereafter.

Changes to this list
We may add or replace Subprocessors as our Services evolve. When we make a material change to this list that affects the processing of student or children’s data, we will provide notice to affected schools and organizations as required under the applicable Other Agreement and applicable law before applying the change to previously collected student data. We will update the “Last Updated” date above whenever this list changes.
